UNIQUE was started in 2006, it is also at the beginning of stainless steel bottle development, we deeply experienced all things on stainless steel drink-ware area, and helped a lot of customers build their brands and enlarge the market together. Time line about UNIQUE and stainless steel drink-ware development

In 2006, we helped customer get all kinds of sports bottle, mainly in plastic and aluminum material.

In 2007, a famous bottle brand in the U.S would like to make stainless steel single wall bottles instead of aluminum or plastic bottle for government’s more environmental policy. Our engineer played a very important role in that big project. He helped them solved a very difficult part, which was to make the bottle bottom round looking and well welded. After that huge qty bottles comes out from our team, we also gained more experience in this industry.

At the same time lots of single walled cups and outdoor bottles are worked out for survival usage, for example a 40oz single walled wide mouth bottle for boiling bottle when hunting or camping. The 16oz very classic single wall stainless steel pint glass for multiple different usage such as beer festival, camping water drinking and daily juice or coke etc.

In the next 3-5 years, which is 2010-2013, stainless steel bottles still be a popular trend all over the world but more in the USA. More customers started to search insulated bottles instead to keep ice and cold. We started to make the double walled vacuum insulated American regular mouth bottle which the most popular size was 20oz that time, helped lots of customer grow. It is funny that people like the bottle from single walled regular mouth to single walled wide mouth, then to insulated regular mouth and insulated wide mouth.

We even had a customer asked us about a double walled beer growler in year 2011, that made our insulated bottles into a total new area, it is not only a water container but also can be used for beers, beverages etc., which contains a little pressure. 

The treads still lasts until year 2014. In 2014, a brand called Hydro Flask becoming more and more outstanding by using the wide mouth insulated water bottle with a screw lid. Actually we had been one factory of them and know the process very well, Such as dimension of bottle mouth, bottle mouth height, bottle threading, the whole process quality control etc., all processes were actually similar as what we did on the single walled bottle before.

Base on all these experience, a pure stainless steel lid was designed out to fit the same wide mouth bottles, that helped lots of customers who want a durable and eco-friendly lid to match. It is not quite easy to work out a wide mouth bottle lid in pure stainless steel, but we did. The most difficult part was to control the dimension on each lid, it had been worked it out very well under our very strict quality control system. We believe this is very helpful experience for customers who have higher requirements on their customized drink ware items.

Of course we have to develop, 15-20 different new models will be worked out each years at least. More different lids are worked out to fit the same wide mouth bottle with the threading outside. 

In 2016, almost at the same time a brand called YETI see the market and they were quite strong with marketing their 20oz and 30oz tumbler, that made the whole global market changed. Tumblers almost won the water bottle and be the 1st role in drink ware market, and at least in all American market. We saw the trends and worked out more tumbler items at the same time to make us more competitive. Coffee lid, straw lid and normal flat lid are all available in our product line. Even with updated new function.

We invested robots production line in 2019, it was not the earliest but still the correct time, we can feel most customer would like to get good price base on same quality. Before that we had lots of automatic machine equipment for production, such as self-mouth shrinking machine, laser machine, automatic spaying and coating line plus dust free coating workshop. Automatic production line capacity will help reduce the item cost the best way and at the same time guarantee the quality.4-5 full robot production lines now in our workshop, this makes the order lead time more efficient and quality more stable. 

Develop can not be stopped for a second, there are mainly 6 series drink ware and food ware items we are working and upgrading here. They are Water Bottles, Tumblers, Coffee Cups, Can Coolers, Food Jars and Shaker Bottles. Except these, we also have some special items in list, such as Pressure Canister, Yogurt Makers, 100% Sealed Tea Canisters etc. Most of them are pure stainless steel material.
