Quality Control


At UNIQUE, mature quality control system and strict quality controls standards are widely applied in all making processes. Quality control is the key to keep the whole batch goods in stable and higher quality finish, and it is what we are always working hard. There are two main aspects to achieve it, one is advanced machines, the other one is strict quality controls. 

With improving, our factory introduced a lot of advanced machines these years, they play a good role on improving the production capacity and making the quality more stable. Based on automatic machines operation, every part can be easier controlled.


Based on better production machines, strict quality controls are used as well to control the detailed part. It is a very system and important work for a factory’s growing. With the years passed by, we finally figured out the best way for our own factory, the main quality controls steps are as following: 
  • 1. Confirm the pre-production sample as the standards on production, and show to related workers about the detailed points to comply with. 
  • 2. Strict data setting on machines and do the testing before mass production to ensure the finish meet standards. 
  • 3. Every worker in the production line is the inspector, they will check the points based on the processes they do, such as polishing worker will check if this bottle is well polished or not. 
  • 4. Specific QC will check every bottle at the end of each production line with jigs to see if they are correct made and in good finish.
  • 5. Also there are inspectors to check the goods in production line from time to time, to check if these steps are correctly proceeded.
  • 6. UNIQUE will conduct internal spot inspection after goods finished to check again. 
  • 7. The third party inspection is very welcomed by our customers. 
  • 8. Arrange regular training for our workers to make them keep skillful, and have regular meeting with managers about production feedback. This is good for further improving and long term development.
